Kapi Residences is thankful to the various vendors that have serviced our managed communities over the years. As part of our commitment to residents and partners, we have a responsibility to properly screen and approve all vendors before assigning service requests or awarding contracts.
To continue a relationship with Kapi Residences, all vendors are required to register. The process is simple and ensures that we maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality in our communities.
What's required for registration?
- Corporate Information
- Trade Information
- Submission of Trade License/Certificate
- Insurance (Liability and Workers Comp.)
- Completion of a Vendor Agreement
- Fill and Sign W 9 Form
