The monthly rate for a private room with shared bathroom (Private Space) is $1,395 per month.

This is a 12-month lease rate.

Included in monthly rent cost:

- Fully-equipped kitchen
- Unlimited Wi-Fi (100 Mbps)

Move-in charges:
1. $250 one-time placement fee
2. $500 security deposit (refundable)

Kapi Residences, Inc. holds a master lease with its property owners. A Tenant/Subtenant relationship is created between Kapi Residences and the renter.
